Welcome to On the Path — a lifestyle brand born in Townsville, Queensland, and shaped by a deep commitment to martial arts, men’s mental health, and purposeful living.

I’ve been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over six years. Like many, I started for the fitness — but I stayed for the discipline, focus, and self-awareness that martial arts brings. Over time, training became more than just a hobby; it became a path to personal growth and resilience.

When I’m not on the mats, I work as a support worker, helping men with disabilities build confidence, reach their goals, and find strength in community. Through this journey, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for men to have spaces and tools that support not just physical health, but mental wellbeing too.

On the Path was created to fill a gap I noticed — the lack of high-quality, affordable gym gear and finger tape for local martial artists and athletes. Our gear is built for performance, comfort, and style — whether you're rolling, lifting, or taking time to reflect in the great outdoors.
